As a maintenance director with over 12 years of experience, dealing with AC companies isn’t normally something I look forward to. About 8 months ago a resident’s heat wasn’t kicking on — I reached out to Cool Aid and in 30 minutes he showed up and had it working within the hour. Last night our walk-in freezer quit with over $8,000 of food in it. I called Dave around 4:30 pm; by 6:00 pm I had a text that it was fixed. Do I recommend Cool Aid? Absolutely. Will you find someone that will beat his price? Nope. Quicker response time? I doubt it.
